Account Manager
Location: Lancaster (2 days in the office, 3 from home)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + fantastic commission

We’re working with an award-winning umbrella company that’s growing fast and needs someone sharp, confident, and a little bit cheeky to join the team. You’ll be building and developing accounts, converting warm leads, and having around 30 BD calls a day — so being comfortable on the phone is absolutely essential.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing and nurturing a developing portfolio of contractor and agency accounts
Making 30+ business development calls a day to convert leads and open new opportunities
Building strong relationships quickly — you’ll be the go-to person for your clients
Spotting opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
Working closely with internal teams to deliver a smooth, top-tier service
